Product Description
The semi-automatic cutting machine features high efficiency and accuracy with multi-blade cutting, and is suitable for single-time cutting of large glass plates into small pieces.
Just need to press the automatic device on the control panel, the stepping motor drives the double beam to automatically run and cut, after the cutting is completed, the double bridge automatically returns to its original position.

Working principle
Double-beam mobile cutting
　　（1）Moving section: It is a two-way linear movement along the X and Y axes. The X-axis stepper motor drives the crossbeam to move at a slow speed for cutting, after the cutting is completed, it quickly returns to the original position of the workpiece, then, the Y-axis operates in the same way.
　　（2）Cutting section: On the X and Y cutting beams, there are several cutting knife boxes installed, which can be adjusted to any distance/width as needed, this enables the change of the size of the cut glass.
（3）The above-mentioned operation mode is controlled centrally by PLC, and the display interface uses English, the setting data can be directly input.

　　（1）The table running motor adopts a high-power stepper motor (25N.m) and a driver from abroad. It has a large running speed and torque, no noise, and excellent braking performance.
　　（2）The liquid crystal intelligent controller adopts innovative and advanced foreign industrial control technology. It provides human-machine operation in Chinese, making the operation more intuitive and convenient for users. The travel distance and speed can be freely adjusted according to the cutting requirements of the glass base plate. It is equipped with multiple functions such as slow descent of the cutter, flexible contact with the glass edge, automatic reset during the return stroke, and automatic conversion of blowing and suction. The display screen is a 64×128 liquid crystal display with English, which can directly show the current operating parameters, modify parameters, and perform one function at a time. Through the modification of system parameters, it can make the display show the actual values.
　　（3）This machine is equipped with X single-time, Y single-time, and XY automatic soft key switches, which are compatible with the buttons set outside the box. The operation is very convenient.
　　（4）The frame of this machine is made by welding high-quality steel and measures have been taken to eliminate deformation stress. The tabletop is laid with plastic boards purchased from the United States. The walking axis is made of imported materials, and the linear bearings are products of ABB.
