Main features:

1. This machine is used to grinding and polishing the two parallel square edge of flat glass. Coarse grinding, fine grinding, polish and chamfering can be done at one time.

It equipped with 20 wheels, 10 wheels each side, two for course grinding, three for fine grinding, five for polishing. The polishing wheels equipped with cylinder for more flexible and precise polishing, dispense with extra artificial correction, the finished edge has the same effect with the glass surface itself.

2. This machine has solid structure, accurate and fluent transmission system, advanced control system and strong processing ability. Adopts PLC control system to set parameters through the interface. The moving of the grinding seat head holder adopts import double straight line rolling guide and double ball screw transmission. To achieve steady moving speed and eliminate moving gap, reduces resistance and abrasion and ensures repeated positioning accuracy. Top press beam system itself can go up and down, this product is preferred auxiliary equipment for glass tempering furnace and industry glass factory.

3. The processing of the glass by digital control, stepless speed adjustment, right angle positioning correction to ensure the parallel degree and diagonal precision of the glass.

4. Main drive adopt double speed adjustment system of variable speed motor and reducer.
