Main features:

1. Vertical glass washing machine is key equipment of manufacturing and processing insulating glass in architecture, building material and decoration industries. The machine can wash 3-12mm thickness flat glass.
2. The machine mainly consists of washing section, drying section, drive system, machine frame, tank, blower, electric control system and other parts. During the whole washing process, the machine works automatically, and no need manual operation
3. Washing section is made of welded thickened stainless steel material, which has high strength and no distortion.
4. Top of the machine is made of stainless steel panel which added 8mm steel panel. Bottom of the machine is 5mm stainless steel panels; Side and middle separate panel is 2mm stainless steel panels; metal plates of other parts are painted with top-grade machine paint or powder coating.
5. The machine can be applied for connecting with single edger line, vertical CNC working center, vertical drilling machine and other equipment.
6. The machine has three pairs of brushes: six pcs high temperature resistant brush + four times spray, it makes glass clean and the speed fast. The front three brushes are soft brushes can wash low-e glass.
7. The machine with stainless steel spring which can automatically adjust glass thickness from 3mm to 12mm.
8. Parts and screws contacted with water in the washing section are made of stainless steel, brass, water-proof aluminum, nylon and other materials, which will not be rust for long time and easy for maintenance.
9. Drying cabinet and glass support frame are made of welded stainless steel. The machine won’t be rust for long time and does not make the glass dirty again.
10. With separate circular wind to drying glass and with air heating system, which is energy –saving and low noise. (no need air heater it can be reached 40℃ in winter)
